Services & Pricing

I run a diagnostic first to understand the issue before recommending repairs. This can include checking hardware, software, temperatures, performance, startup issues, storage health, and basic system behavior.

After the diagnostic, I explain what I found and recommend the next steps. No repair or part replacement is done without your approval.
Basic help for common issues like software errors, settings problems, basic setup issues, simple troubleshooting, and quick computer problems.
Secure remote help where I can connect to your computer and troubleshoot issues without an in-person visit. Good for software issues, settings, updates, and basic support.
Cleanup of unnecessary startup apps, junk files, browser issues, updates, and performance checks to help the PC run smoother.
Scans and removal for malware, suspicious popups, unwanted programs, browser hijackers, and security-related issues.
Fresh Windows installation, basic setup, updates, drivers, and common software setup. Customer should back up important files first.
Installation of customer-provided parts such as RAM, SSD, HDD, GPU, PSU, CPU, or other compatible hardware. Pricing depends on the part and difficulty.
Physical cleaning of desktop PCs, fans, vents, and internal dust buildup to help airflow and reduce overheating.
Full PC build using customer-provided parts. I can also help recommend compatible parts if needed.
Added fee for local in-person service depending on location and availability.
Added fee for priority or same-day service when scheduling allows.

How My Service Works

1. Diagnostic First — $25

Before repairs or hardware replacements, I first perform a diagnostic.

2. I Explain What I Found

After diagnostics, I explain the issue and recommend possible fixes.

3. Approval Required

Nothing is replaced or repaired without your approval first.

4. Repair / Setup

Once approved, repairs, installs, cleanup, or setup can begin.
